Zumba session

True to the slogan फिटनेस का डोज़, आधा घंटा रोज़, 12 Bihar Bn NCC, Samastipur organised a Zumba session for cadets on a refreshing Sunday morning. A total of 78 cadets participated with great josh and enthusiasm. The smiles on their faces said it all. This initiative not only promoted health & wellness but also reinforced the message of making physical exercise a daily habit. The pleasant weather further added to the energy of the event.
