CATC-X of 32 Bn NCC in progress at Japaha. Classes conducted for cadets in aspects relating to WT, Tactics and common service subjects. A demo by the Fire department, Muzaffarpur was also held atĀ theĀ campĀ site.

NCC was introduced in Bihar in the year 1948 with 1,950 Senior Division cdts and 4,050 Junior Division cdts. It was then organised as Circle HQ and Units.
