National Youth Day

National Youth Day was celebrated today by cadets of Bhagalpur College of Engg, a subunit of 3 Bihar Sig Coy NCC Bhagalpur . The program consisted of Painting competition and Debate competition, which was followed by an awareness rally in nearby village .63 cadets ,2PI staff and ANO, CT attended the program. Prizes were given to the winners. Few photographs of the program are attached.
