UPDATE FROM THE SPECIAL SAILING EXPEDITION (SSE) The SSE team had a memorable R&R day on 30 Nov 2024, with a visit to the ancient Vikramshila University site & museum, a testament to India's rich cultural heritage And on 01 Dec 2024, Phase 2 of Leg 5 commenced from Barari Ghat, Bhagalpur The day's sailing was marked by warm and windless conditions, but the teams persevered The highlight of the day was the 3km Race to the Ghat, where B&J cadets pulled off a stunning upset over the previous winners, Tamil Nadu The SSE team was warmly received at the Bateshwar Dham Ghat by CO, Staff, and cadets of 4 Bihar NCC Bn, Bhagalpur Distance covered today: 40kms. Total distance: 1128kms.
