37 JH BN NCC Jamshedpur Celebrating NCC Day: Adventure Activity Date: 27th November 2024 Organized by: 737 LBSM College NCC Unit Event: Dalma Trekking under SSCD Activity Event Overview: 1. The NCC unit organized an adventure activity—Dalma Trekking—under the SSCD banner. 2. The trek aimed to enhance the physical fitness of the cadets and promote team spirit. 3. Trekking Details: ( a) Start Time: 10:00 AM from the base point near Kali Mandir. (b) Hilltop Arrival: Cadets reached the Dalma hilltop at 1:00 PM after a 3-hour trek. (c) Descent: Cadets began descending at 3:00 PM and reached the base at 4:30 PM. (d) Lecture on Physical Fitness: CTO Ritu delivered an informative lecture on “Physical Fitness: Healthy Body, Healthy Mind” to raise awareness about the importance of maintaining good health. 4. Participation: A total of 90 cadets and one CTO participated in the trekking activity. 5. Refreshments: After the lecture, refreshments were served to the cadets.
