A stress management and meditation session was org at CATC XI, under 12 Bihar Bn NCC, Samastipur for cadets. Spiritual Gurus from Samastipur BK Meditation Centre imparted knowledge about self transformation by overcoming mental stress, depression and lowĀ self-esteem.
